Post I dont have my parcel!

I've tried several times to contact the seller on ebay to request any communication, he's given me the tracking number and everything and it still says not registered any ideas? Should I request a refund? Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped today. no need worry.
