My family sent me 2 packages at the same time, yet i have only received one. My tracking code is EZ 065934320 US, and my family used United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S).

as i have already stated, i only received one. i used the tracking number and it says: ATTEMPTED DELIVERY ABROAD and this was on 10/12/2014.

why did one package come to me, yet the other has not?

The package i have not received is a heavy box, filled with a 3 month supply of protein powder, and multi vitamins.

the parcel arrived EMS Shanghai on Oct 13 but failed delivery. You should call EMS Shanghai 11183 immediately. It will be returned to USA very soon.

thank you for the reply, but what is EMS shanghai 11183? i looked that up but couldn't find the #. could you be so kind to give me a number i can call? also, i do not speak chinese very well, will this be a problem?

EMS, express mail service shanghai, im pretty sure USPS does not have one in shanghai, so i have no idea who to call. i thought this website was for china post customers, yet i find it impossible to find a phone # on the internet.

11183 is EMS local phone number in shanghai. your USPS parcel is delivered through EMS Shanghai.
