1. When a parcel is On Route/In Transit you don' t get any tracking info.

2. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

3. Now what need to happen to your parcel is USPS has to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

5. I don't know where the problem is; either in Chicago or in China but most parcel arriving in Chicago are having the same problem as you.
