I've ordered 3 things from Aliexpress in China before to Toronto, Canada and it takes exactly 9 days for it to come from China to my house. Now it shipped dec. 29th and it's January 14 and still no sign of it and it has been 16 days.

RB965229772CN Status says "NULL" and location says "PVG" on December 30. Has it been sent to the airline? What does this mean? Why is it taking longer than usual and s it coming or should I open a dispute?

check http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel have been "sent to airline".normally it will arrive Canada after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline" date.
