Post Help with Package Status

Good morning;

I have ordered an item via EBay and it has been shipped by China Post. It was shipped on March 20th, 2016 and has apparently not left China (according to the tracking). Could someone who works with China Post please inform me of the status of my package and the estimated arrival date? The tracking number is RI942443392CN.

It should be outside china now. Normally parcel status will freeze at its last china location after leaving China. But leaving China does not mean your will get the parcel very soon. Many parcel shipping from China to Canada will stay in Canada customs for 4 to 6 weeks waiting for customs clearance and resorting, you might need wait some more days.
