EA030802375CN and RC063002175CN

one tracking has nothing and the other still says it has departed China but that was 2 weeks ago. What do the first two letters stand for?

EA030802375CN is a wrong number. China Post has not got this parcel from shipper.
RC063002175CN is still waiting for airline space. Normally this procedure will take about 2 to 4 weeks.
