I has been waiting for RI828267840CN about 2 months, last status was on 05/Feb. ¿Where is my package?

RI828267840CN was actually shipped by seller on Feb 4(less than one month). you should get it by early March.

the parcel will seem to freeze at its last china location when it is actually outside china. you can not know exact location and status after the parcel left china because none scan it anymore.

So? It's impossible that I can't find it, I need to know where are my package or who are responsible to ask about it.

No, you can not find the parcel after the parcel left China. It is same as you mail a letter into USPS mailbox. Even USPS does not know the exact location of your letter even though they make the delivery.
