My tracking number is LC407922124US and I delivered a package to LIU HONGQING

ROOM 1-3-12A YINGJUNNIANHUA GARDEN BUJI TOWN
LONGGANG DISTRICT SHENZHEN CITY
GUANGDONG PROVINCE
CHINA
Zip code: 518114
And it the tracking on USPS says it hasn't delivered to the location yet. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND I AM GETTING WORRIED.
I called USPS and they told me to contact chinapost.
PLEASE HELP!!

LC407922124US is USPS first class mail. China Post does not scan such parcel. So you can not know if it was delivered, not even know if it has arrived China.

I looked on USPS website and tracked it and said it had arrived in China and was departed the location in china but after that nothing has changed and the person says he still hasn't received the package
