Hello, my package was sent through chinapost, and it still says in transit but that was since August 26th, and still no sign of the package. The tracking number is 44434777700 thank you for your help

44434777700 is not china post register mail tracking number. You can not track it in china post tracking system. Normally if you can not get it in 30 days, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

I was able to track it on the website track-chinapost.com and I clicked on chinapost and it says my package is in transit, so does that mean my package isn't from chinapost?

it is China Post regular airmail, not register mail. Regular airmail tracking information is very very limited. It shows only pickup date from shipper and no further detail. No delivery status and confirmation at all.

Okay thank you! So I should open a dispute then since it's been 40 days and I haven't gotten the packahe?
