so my package was ordered via iOffer, it has been 10 days since it has last been scanned.
Here's what track-chinapost says about it
tracking number is LN157471132CN

your parcel has not arrived USA yet. if it arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show USA location.

Any ideas on when or if I should expect it?

1. You parcel is on its way to Canada according to this track:
2016-03-31 01:47 CNSHAD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

2. If it's land in Vancouver, be prepare to wait longer time for delivery.
It seems that Vancouver Customs is very slow since a couple of weeks.

3. If parcel was suppose to arrive within 15 days, give your parcel another 15 days because of the holdup.
