I purchased a product from china on Feb 22, 2018. It is now March 25th. It says it has been processed through SHANGHAI terminal but I cant track any further. Can someone help me please?

Package status: In transit
Destination: United States

your seller delayed parcel shipment for 20 days. LS796726595CN is still waiting flight space to JFK airport. You might need wait one or two more weeks.

Oh ok... Smh I was sooo looking forward to my package.. Is there a way it can get sped up?
