So I shipped a package last month.

I have tried calling USPS about 2 times a week since then but they said to contact China Post.

I tried contacting China Post but they don't speak English and they redirected me here!

So here's my tracking number: EK420011683US

What do I do now?

The post office lady said a Chinese Holiday is coming up, but it has been in customs for THREE WEEKS NOW!!!

What does the length time mean?

I'm only sending letters over to China... What is happening??

ask your receiver call china post 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.

Hi. I am in America and I am shipping to China. Is there anything you can tell me about "Customs Clearance" or why it is still in Customs?

the parcel is in China customs waiting for delivery or pickup. I believe the parcel has address error and can not be delivered. so you need ask receiver to pickup.

How do I get in touch with China Customs to tell them to ship back the envelope? I would like it back. I am not in touch with the receiver.

Ok... Then what do I do? Do you have a number I can call? I must speak to them. This document is very important and it cannot be lost. Can I have a way to contact them? Please this is very important to me and I am freaking out.

you should contact the USPS office where you sent the parcel and file an investigation request for the lost parcel. you should NOT contact China Post directly. if you do , it is just waste of time, china post will not response question from oversea shippers.
