shipping time to canada is extremely slow. you might need wait one or two more weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need ask seller to extend the protection.

shipping time to canada might take 60 days. you need wait one more week and see what happens. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute .
