Hello. My package has been saying "Processed through sort facility" in HANGZHOU, CHINA Since November 3rd. Now it's past for 3 week. Can you clarify this for me? It's my first time ordering anything from China. It has not left China? If not, how when do you think it will.Tracking No #LK244680320CN

My package number is LM917882043CN. it still saying "Despatch from Sorting Center". I am in Canada.

Is this normal to go through this many sorting centers? When will it ever be actually shipped? And most importantly, can it get here before Nov 27th? Thanks

2014-11-25Despatch from Sorting Center
Is this normal to go through this many sorting centers? When will it ever be actually shipped? And most importantly, can it get here before Nov 27th? Thanks.

it is normal. You might need to wait one more week.
