I'm still surprised that people order something expensive and the seller sends it via China Post, which is the WORST post in the world. Honestly, I don't know worse post than this one. Always, definitely always if you order something from China you should ask about e-packet or anything what is not China post. Reasons:
1) you cant follow the shipping number - i dont know why the seller put it because from the moment when the pack leaves China you can't check where is it - it can be in Alaska, but you can't find out.
2) the shipping takes nearly months to USA for exaple (e-packet about 15 days).

I made mistake twice and I paid for it. Once they lost my pack - I paid for the order, I waited over two months and I get an reply, that if the seller shipped the order, I have to pay him. He could ship it anywhere. I never received my item and I have no idea where is it.
Second time the seller cheated me that he is gonna send the pack via e-packet and sent via China Post, I'm waiting almost one month and the same: the last information from 01/08 status: departed. The question is: WHERE DEPARTED??????????

So I'm asking everyone: if you order something from China, please always ask about e-packet. I don't care that sellers prefer China Post, because later WE HAVE TO WORRY where is the pack and paid for seller's mistakes. NO MORE CHINA POST. Let them go bankrupt. They should bankrupt long, long time ago because I don't know slower and more incompetent post.

It's impossible for the package to return to china. It shows on the 2016 -01-21 09:26 46.0 dept delevery office on that same day 12:05 51.0 dept attempt delevery

2. If the parcel is not scan, this does not mean the parcel is not traveling to your country. All parcels are doing that to a certain limit even in your country mail system.

3. Would that be the arrival in Canada or out of Customs Office I don't know. I will keep tracking your parcel to find out.

4. There is a good chance that your parcel will not make it out of Canada Post since the are able to call a lock out at 12:01 Monday morning. So basically all parcel in Canada Post will not be deliver.

That would be the date that Canada Post will have, in your case it's the 9 July early morning. So that is why I made the comment on No. 3.
