I was just wondering where my item is currently located and some information, I haven't gotten an update for around 10 days now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ821877665CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 18. normally it will arrive Canada in one or two weeks. However, bad news is that Canada Post workers are taking some labor action, import parcel processing is very slow. Not sure how long you can get your parcel, you can do nothing but waiting at this moment.

If you buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
