Post ePacket still havent arrived in Canada?

Item left China on Aug 18 but still hasn't updated that it has arrived in Canada yet. I thought epacket was supposed to be fast from what others have said.

the parcel has not entered into Canada Post system. It might be in Canada customs now. Import processing in Canada is very very slow. You will see updated status after Canada customs releases the parcel to Canada Post.
