Hello,

Everything I've read says that epackets are an eBay shipping option only. However, I ordered a photographic item through aliexpress.com and chose epacket shipping. Do I track my epacket just like an ebay buyer? My tracking number is LN827919195CN.

Epacket by ebay start with LK. LN is other general epacket. You track with this website or ems website

I'm not sure how much I should be worried. I placed my order on 3/23. On 3/24, I received notification that it was shipped with a tracking number.

After several exchanges with the seller, on 3/28 he says, "Hello Larry. I just talked with them. They said the bad weather stop the freight flying. But the parcel is ready to be sent. It is in Guangdong China now. will be sent to USA tonight. The we can check the information tonight or tomorrow."

Well, it did not ship on 3/29 and I was still getting no status on the tracking number. So, I tell the seller that I will cancel the order. He begs me not to cancel. Says he'll give me double my money back if I don't the order and then says the package has a new tracking number, which is the one I listed in my original email, and it will ship to the USA on the night of 3/29. But, he says, I'll have to wait another 3 days for the tracking status to show up.

So, should I worry? It's not 3 days yet but I don't like seeing, "Tracking number is wrong or verify code is wrong".

It's completely normal not to see tracking information for up to a week. The parcel is just in a big warehouse waiting to be scanned. Relax.

Yesterday, I finally did get tracking status that said Posted at the city of Nanchang and then Accepted or Collected or Posted, depending on which EMS tracker I used. There's now been no status change for over 36 hours. Is that normal? Everything I've seen in these forums shows that there is a quick succession from Posting to being Sorted to being Dispatched in a matter of minutes.

Just to add, it's also normal for the status not to change for a week sometimes. Depends on the volume of mail at the time. Since China manufactures and exports most things for the rest of the world, you can imagine how many parcels are being processed each day.

My seller told me on March 28 that it was in the USA. On March 29, he told me the tracking number had changed( it is the number I listed in my first message). Later that day, he said it was shipping to the USA that night. Now, on April 3, it is still in Nanchang . He is lying to me because he doesn't want to me open a dispute or cancel my credit card charge. I wonder if I will ever get it. I paid extra for 5-15 day shipping.

My tracking number is LN007149284CN is there any information about my package. No updated information on tracking for a week now. Should I worry? Vendor says wait another week but I ordered the 10th they said it shipped next day.

I cannot find my package. I put in the tracking number and it doesn't show any new information about my package since the 20th. Can you please help find my package

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was just shipped on Jun 20. you should get it by mid of July.

I still haven't received my epacket I order from aliexpress. The seller says he has shipped it since Jan 24 and the other epacket was shipped since Jan 23 it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my epacket. I have no idea what to do!!!!!
