Post EMS Tracking - No Updates

EA204807447CN has not updated since March 4th. It's been stuck at "Origin Post Preparing Shipment". Most of my packages from China arrive within 2 weeks. When should I contact the shipper to open an investigation? Thanks for your help!

EA204807447CN should be delayed in Shanghai. Wait one more weeks and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php . If it does not show US location, you should contact shipper for investigation.
