This is my tracking number, it's been 11 days since it left China and the tracking number has yet to be updated. I have used EMS for many times in the past and by this time it should have been delivered already. Can someone help me track my package? It is an expensive one and I don't want to lose it. What is the general arrival time for EMS from China to Canada? Is this normal? Thank you.

2. I suspect your parcel has arrive in Canada and is at the Canadian Customs getting clear. Lately there has been a slow process through Canadian Customs. Registered parcel that should take 4 weeks are now taking 5 to 6 weeks. Your parcel is EMS so it should be quicker.

3. I strongly suspect your parcel is delayed by Custom in Canada and your should get it within a week maximum.
