Post EMS package sitting in Shanghai since June 3rd

Hi, it has been nearly 3 months since my EMS package was sent. It was sent insured with a shipping freight fee of $63.66 USD for 3.4kilograms. EB720287103CN

A similar timed package has now arrived that was lighter weight and cheaper as China Post Registered Mail only. RV444409293CN Tracking for this does not indicate delivery, but I received it a few days ago.

Can you compare these 2 packages and explain why the EMS package above (EB720287103CN) is still in transit to the USA?

parcels shipped from Shanghai during May and June are all suffering some bad delay. You are not alone. LS325504943CN LS311071068CN and many other parcel were shipped in May are still in Shanghai. you need some patient.

Give you some other exmaple, LY112704631CN LY112765732CN shipped in April from Shanghai just arrived Shanghai two weeks ago. Your parcel will arrive sooner or later.

EB720287103CN might be lost in Shanghai. You need open dispute to seller for refund
