Hi there,

It appears that my parcel is being delivered to the wrong address, and is causing a delivery failure.

The tracking number is: LS249236387CN

I can provide the correct address for this order.

USPS is responsible for delivery. http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in USPS office in MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55442. Contact them and see if they can forward the parcel to your address.

The status of my parcel is " unsuccessful delivery" , I am in Canada Nova Scotia, Halifax.

and the parcel has been in Canada, I will be very appreciate if you can tell me what I should

do and where I can get my parcel. the tracking number is EA075239179CN.

Canada Post website shows the parcel is in Canada Post outlet in FENWICK. You should bring your id and pickup the parcel asap. I believe there also should be a notice in your mailbox or front door.
