Post Delivery Failed-Where is my package now?

2018-05-06 10:04:00 Chengdu EMS Ltd. international business Corp collected (collector::龙洋,Phone :13808095525)
2018-05-07 09:47:15 left Chengdu going to New York JFK Airport
2018-05-11 10:14:00 arrive Processing Center ,from China Chengdu
2018-05-16 07:24:00 arrive delivery dept.
2018-05-16 08:20:00 delivery failed

^^ This is what my china post updates say.

I still haven't received the package and I'm not sure if it would be sent back to sender by now. The tracking number is LY088208201CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_usps.php?code=LY088208201CN shows the parcel was delivered today. If you did not get the parcel , contact USPS office in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78229 for detail.
