1. Your parcel is normal registered mail, It's not E Packet parcel or China EMS.

2. There has been some delays for US, I suspect your parcel arrive in USA and it's at the US Customs department getting clear or was transfer to USPS for delivery.

3. You are right your parcel can not be track in USA.

1. If that is the number he gave you it's wrong, that number does not exist. That number is not E Packet from China Post. The number for E Packet should look like on this site:

3. If you paid extra money for E Packet, you are not getting E Packet services from China Post.
