I have a package that is being sent through your service. Could you please tell me where it is and how long till i receive it. RH968741172CN is the tracking number. can you bring in a pack more than 1 kilogram? thanks. It's for Peru :)

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows parcel RH968741172CN only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
