Admins Only please.....

Curious as to why it takes so long to update.. or why packages sit waiting for space for so long... and/or after it says "Departure from China" how long should it take for an update? what can an Admin tell me? Thank you!

now is rush season, normally it needs about two to four weeks to update information in China Post database.
