I have packages ordered on the December 11 that have already arrived and orders from November that aren't updating. Please advise any details as I am about to have to give so many refunds :(

1. For parcel LT614812955CN, it's a valid tracking number, but the parcel was never put into the China Post mail system.

2. For parcel LT464372399CN, this is the last tracking of the parcel:

2016-11-27 00: 00: 00.0 15:50:09 Shenzhen to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF

3. Right now parcel to JFK ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS), there is a backlog of incoming parcels of overseas. I have seen 3 weeks delays from departure to scanning the parcel.

4. Normally parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.
