Hello,

I'm just wondering if everything is ok with my package. It shipped out from China on the 4th but there have been no updates since, is this normal? The tracking number is RG151745540CN.

Hello again,

It has been 21 business days since the package shipped (the seller form e-bay said it would take 11-21 business days to deliver), and it has not even reached Canada customs yet. Could it be lost?

Nothing on the list, it's an arcade joystick with 10 buttons, a small circuit board, usb cable, and some wires.

It actually left Beijing, China on April 3rd so it wasn't held back by customs.

normally parcel from Beijing to Canada should arrive within 4 weeks. So I suggest you wait another week, if you can not get it by May 5, open dispute for lost parcel.

I spoke with seller about refund for may 8 if I still don't receive package, they said to contact local post office because there is a problem with China Post here in Canada. Should I bother or file for a refund on may 8th?
