those 11 digit china post ordinary parcel does not have any update after it left its first post office. so you can not know if it has left china.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RG881045562CN "electronics data received". this means your seller applied a tracking but never actually shipped anything. you might be scammed.

The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 6, 2017 at 9:43 am. It is on its way to HUNTSVILLE, AL 358103030.(I'm what type of update is this haven't ever herd of this type of up date)(kind of weird)
