this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

LW252720184CN is my tracking number I need to know the problem with not getting my package or who I need to contact for a refund this is ridiculous I will never have anything shipped through this company again. Horrible customer service and no way of contacting for help.
