Post Cant locate my package

Hello,

I was given LM190705304CN as a tracking number for an item off Amazon placed Dec 4th, it shipped 2 days later. I have yet to be able to track this package. Can you help? It is headed to Canada.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately the parcel has not reach China Post yet. Meaning the parcel was never mail.

2. Maybe it time to have a serious conversation with the seller about your parcel.
