Canada Post workers are planning a strike. Many parcels from oversea are delayed. Not sure how long you need to wait, you can do nothing but waiting.

Yeah but it hasn't even reached my country yet all it says that it's on it way from China and that was July 30

You can not know if it is in Canada or China because Canada Post workers scan and update import parcel status very slow. even if the parcel has arrived Canada Post warehouse in Vancouver for long time, it still shows in China.

The parcel left China in Aug , it should have been in Vancouver airport long time now.
