Post Cannot Track EMS Package from CHina to NY

Hello,

I am trying to lacate a package in the EMS system, but every time I enter the code given to me by the eBay seller, it comes up that it is not in the database.

The tracking number I was given was

EA005315810CN

Has the package been processed yet. The seller claims it has been, but I want to be sure since the system can't seem to locate it yet.

Thanks in advance for any information you might have.

EA005315810CN is not a valid EMS number. your seller did not ship it when he gave it to ebay. You should ask him what is the REAL shipment date. tell him not lying to you because you can verify the real shipping date in china post tracking website. if he can not give you truth, open a dispute to ebay/paypal and leave negative feedback on him.

Thanks, I contacted the shipper and it is in the system now.

Out of curiosity, why would the package go back to a location it has already been in? I tracked it to beijing, then it returned to a city Hengshui less than an hour later, even though the cities are approximately 300km apart. Is it a scanning error or was my product being returned?

the parcel can not pass security check and was returned to shipper in Hengshui. You will not get the goods. open a dispute asap.

The package is an electric cello. I have ordered from China in the past and it has never been a problem.

Why would it have failed a security check? I want to know in case I order something else in the future.

if you have battery inside the parcel and was detected by safety officer, it might be rejected by customs.

Thank you. The seller is going to ship a different package this time. Hopefully this one will pass safety inspection.

This is the tracking number, LK099012069CN. It says posting since June 26, it's now July 5 with no update, and I have not received the package. I contacted the seller and have not received a reply. Is there anyway to find out if this is an authentic number? Thank you.

LK099012069CN is real number. you can wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php?code=LK099012069CN, it should have some new status then.

purchased iems from ioffer on october 28th and was told the item would arrive by november 11th. i still have not received the items. is this tracking number a legit number
