http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ667336793CN shows the parcel left china for Mexico on Aug 8. Normally it should arrive Mexico in 2 to 4 weeks.

The parcel should be seriously delayed or lost. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Sep 11, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
