1. When the parcel arrive in Chicago it will be the responsibility of USPS to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

2. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

That's the problem. It supposedly left for Chicago on December 18 and STILL has not arrived in Chicago. What is taking so long? I have ordered things from China before and the travel time to Chicago has NEVER taken this long. Thanks!

1. It's not because you receive others parcels when the condition in China where very good and has taken between 9 to 23 days that this one can not be late/delay.

2. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition in China. Because:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
Chicago overwhelming of parcels incoming from Overseas.

3. Now if you fell that you waited long enough for your parcel and you think it's lost or misplace, then contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and you want your money back.

4. You are the one making the decision, it's your parcel and your money.
