I recently purchased a item off of eBay that clamed to be located in my home state, well when it came to updating tracking information it shipped "China post" with this tracking number 85412569587, I have yet to get a response from the seller. I feel like I have just been scammed as I see all China post tracking numbers starting with a letter, but I'm unsure if there is only shipping methods or company's that could of been used.

85412569587 looks like China Post ordinary parcel number which has pure numeric number. You can verify this number in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . If it is really shipped parcel, you will see shipment date.

If you just got the number , wait one week and then track it in above website.
