Hi, it has been over weeks since this item has been shipped and i have no clue where it is and when i will receive this.

Please tell me who to contact and how can I receive the item asap.

UAE post website shows the parcel is in United Arab Emirates, Dubai Central Post Office, Customer adviced to pickup mail.

You need go to your local post office( Dubai Central Post Office) to pickup the parcel immediately, otherwise it will be returned to China. Use RH974466426CN as reference number.
