I bought two things off eBay from really trusted sellers and these are the tracking numbers they both gave me but it's already been three days and they don't work?

seems to be fake. The seller hasn't shipped anything yet. Push him to do it or talk to your bank.

I'm not sure to be honest. These sellers have REALLY good feedback. Could it be that these tracking numbers just aren't in the system or something?

your seller has not shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.
