I shipped a package to China using First Class International Package service on Nov 6th 2015. It seems like 2 months is long enough to get there. I took a picture of the package before I shipped it. I even included a phone number for the recipient on there. Can someone from China Post please help me with this package? The recipient said all the information is correct, why hasn't it gotten there?

your parcel (number like L*****US) is USPS first class parcel. China Post does not scan such parcel.

Therefore, you can not know if it is delivered. You can not even know if it has arrived China.

Next time use register mail (number like R****US). this can be tracked in China Post tracking system and has verified delivery information.

Ok, so there will be not more tracking information, I understand that. But how long does it take for my package to arrive considering I shipped it on November 6th, and it left the USA on November 9th. It's been just over 2 months. How long should I expect it to take to arrive?

normally USPS parcel should arrive China in One Month. I believe your receiver should have already received the parcel, they might simply not want to tell you the truth because you can not track the parcel delivery status in china.

The lady at the company said "Firstly, I want to say the truth is that we didn't receive the device! I have no reason to cheat you. We issued many RMAs to customers and helped them repair the device once we received it." What is the longest time a package shipped from the USA to Nanjing can take to arrive? It's been 2 months, how many more months should I expect? I talked with US Postal Service and they said that the package left for China on November 9th and it went via Air, not by ocean, so a plane doesn't take very long to fly to China, even if it has to make a stop in Hawaii or something.

I am waiting for a shipment from USPS to Guangzhou China which was sent on 16th dec 2015. It's still not here yet. I can see from track-chinapost that china side is China EMS, not sure why it's so slow, probably due to peak season.

My tracking also starts with L.
