Hello,
I have had an item with tracking number LS326362889CN awaiting dispatch by airline since ~4/29 of this month. My buyer protection is running out soon. Should I assume that it is going to be returned to sender/lost?Thanks!

Many packages received in April still stuck in China waiting for plane to USA. China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive. Since your buyer protection is running out soon, it is better to contact with seller for an extension as many packages are still arriving. You can also consider open dispute for a refund

Thanks for the update!
It is looking like my item is going to be closer to the 115 days than the average 45. It looks like I will have to open a dispute with the seller.
