Hello,
My Tracking Number is RJ058503307CN

I still have not received my item and it has been longer than the shipment time quoted when I purchased.
I would like to ask for a refund since it has been longer than the shipment time quoted.
Please help.

the parcel seems to be rejected by customs. not sure what is wrong. we suggest you to wait one more week, if not arrive USA, open dispute.
