Why do sellers try to scam and and when we open disputes aliexpress ignores them and never respond. If we return an item and want a refund we should get it once the package hits there country because the seller is not going to call the post office there because the sellers and aliexpress work together to steal our money. I recently reported aliexpress fraud to my bank and we are looking to pursue legal action with interest because they are allowing the sellers to commit these crimes and I am sure Aliexpress is getting a % out of the money.

I am in the same situation. I suggest we open a class action lawsuit against them, and report them to the DOJ.
