the parcel should have left China. Wait one more week and track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php , you should see new status next week when it arrives USA.

70001652269 is regular airmail. china post only scan it once, you can not see any new updates. normally such parcel will take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.
