Hi,
I wrote 2 emails to China post and never got an answer.
4 months ago, I sent 3 packages from China to Canada.
None of them have arrived to destination.

I used the parcel tracker last month and tit said that my parcels were in Guangzhou (they stayed stuck there, never moved!)

I used the parcel traker again today and they said there was no record of my parcel!!

The 3 parcels are :

- CP355640029CN

- CP304196685CN

- CP355640046CN

Where are my parcels?

I have (mostly) good news for you -- your items arrived in Canada and cleared Customs at the end of November. Inbound parcels can be tracked on Canada Post's website once they reach Canada; paste your tracking numbers in here:

http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber

Their website says "Expected Delivery: 1-12 business days", but I'm not sure how much stock to put in that. Since they cleared customs on 24/25 Nov, you really should have received them by now. Unfortunately, Canada Post is desperately slow, even moreso around the holidays. If you contact them they might have a better idea when you can expect delivery.
