I ordered something online at Amazon.ca on Feb 6, 2018 and never received it. So I contacted the seller and they sent me a 2nd one this time giving me the tracking number which is YT1809708278500205. I look on yunexpress and it says it reached port coquitlam sorting facility on April 23, then says April 24th that it will take 2 days to be delivered to me above that says in transit. It is now May 18th, 2018. The seller asked me to contact canada post to see if they can find it. I had to explain that it doesnt work that way here, When we have a parcel waiting for pick up if it makes it to canada post, we get a canada post tracking number, which tells us to come pick up our parcel. You cant walk into our postal places and get them to look for an item that doesnt exsist.

Im starting to wonder about this yun express, because I have never had issues getting any parcel from amazon. ca until I ordered this package. Which by the way was the only way they ship parcels.
Waiting 3 months for a parcel is not right. I have ordered stuff from Japan and gotten it within a week and the uk.
