First time ordering through foreign means and I'm getting a little concerned due to the amount of time the package has been out on transit. Today marks the 21st day the package is still in transit.

Tracking #LW489537195CN

I understand the delays due to coronavirus epidemic and Spring Festival but it's just been too much time in my opinion. I can get a package from the Philippines to the US in half the time and much cheaper. I will not be ordering internationally for a while.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW489537195CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
