3. Your parcel departed China for Italy, China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country is 2.5 to 4 weeks. I don't see any problem with your parcel.

4. They might be a slow down, to much work on Italian Customs Office in your country because a lot of person expecting parcel from China are also waiting for them.

As you may observed, on May 18, 2016 06:41 pm your shipment departed China from the Guangzhou airport. So, your shipment should be fine. There are many others whose shipments got stuck at the Guangzhou airport. Meaning, their shipments didn't even depart China and was arrived at the Guangzhou airport and sent to airline again and again,

So, I guess you're among the lucky ones.
