Post Shipping problem?

Hi,i have a problem with my parcel. I bought some goods on first day of october, and the tracking code start working on 13 october.

This is the tracking number : RO630456634CN

the package left the Beijing airport on 18th of October, but as today,October 31, I have no tracking update. (13days have passed)
is this normal?

1. May I suggest you read this for your country Italy:

2. According to the tracking your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and track it on the Italy Post site for any new movement.
