The status was daily updated from the departure from China to Russia (the package was shipped on 9 of january), but I have no updated since 21 of january. Is it normal? The parcel is maybe arrived in Italy? Thanks

RX803111965CN arrived Smolensk on Jan 21. It is in Russia Post system. You can call Russia Post and inquiry detail. If Russia Post can not find it, it should be lost.

The status was upadated last night! Now I think it is in Italy!

Yep, it is in italy.
As far i can see it is europe railway and thats a very very slow method for packages. So thats the reason why its taking super long. Next time i recommend you use airmail :)
