Hi, i've read on the webpage that items should not take longer than 14 days otherwise are stucked and i might wait another 14 days to parcel move to italy right? it's for the season or it's stuck? and packages come directly to italy?
it should arrive to italy for chrismas, i'm kinda worried about that...

now is rush season, processing time is much longer than regular season. if your parcel has no battery inside, wait 2 or 3 more weeks, it should arrive.
